3. No Liability for Visa Approval, Rejection, or Losses
By using Bizoso Consulta’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
🔹 Appointment shifting approvals are solely at the discretion of the U.S. Department of State and individual U.S. embassies/consulates.
🔹 Bizoso Consulta is not responsible for any damages, losses, or financial setbacks incurred due to:
- Appointment rejections.
- Additional screening or delays.
- Visa denials after the interview.
- There will be no fee or any amount related to appointment shifting to be paid to embassy, this services is solely provided by company.
- Changes in U.S. immigration policies or embassy-specific rules.
🔹 We do not provide refunds if the U.S. Embassy denies the request to shift the appointment.
4. Compliance with U.S. Laws & Fraudulent Submissions
Bizoso Consulta strictly follows all U.S. immigration rules and guidelines for visa application assistance. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all information and documents provided are genuine, complete, and accurate.
🚨 Any fraudulent documents, misrepresentations, or false claims submitted by the client may lead to visa rejection and even long-term bans from the USA.
If fraud is detected:
✅ Bizoso Consulta will not be held liable for any legal consequences.
✅ The client will bear full responsibility for their misrepresentations.
✅ Bizoso Consulta reserves the right to refuse service if fraudulent activities are suspected.
5. Appointment Shifting Process
Clients must follow these steps to request an appointment shift:
Step 1: Request Submission
- The client submits a formal request to shift their appointment.
- The client must provide all required details and supporting documents (e.g., valid visa, appointment confirmation, passport copy).
Step 2: Feasibility Check
- Bizoso Consulta checks availability in the requested country.
- We review embassy policies to determine if third-country nationals are eligible to schedule an appointment.
Step 3: Appointment Rescheduling & Payment
- If feasible, the client pays the required processing fees for appointment rescheduling.
- The rescheduling request is submitted to the U.S. Embassy via the official scheduling portal.
Step 4: Confirmation & Next Steps
- Once the appointment is successfully rescheduled, the client receives a new appointment confirmation letter.
- The client must comply with all additional visa application requirements set by the embassy in the new location.
6. No Guarantees & Policy Changes
Bizoso Consulta does not guarantee that an appointment will be successfully shifted. All approvals are subject to:
✔ U.S. Department of State policies.
✔ Embassy and consulate rules in the requested country.
✔ The client’s legal ability to travel to the new country.
📌 Policy changes:
- U.S. immigration policies may change at any time without notice.
- If an embassy stops accepting third-country nationals, we cannot guarantee alternative solutions.
7. Client Acknowledgment & Responsibility
By proceeding with Bizoso Consulta’s appointment shifting service, the client acknowledges and accepts the following:

✅ Bizoso Consulta is not liable for visa refusals, losses, or financial consequences.
✅ The client is responsible for providing genuine and accurate documents.
