Refund Policy For Bizoso Consulta

At Bizoso Consulta, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional documentation support, file preparation, and consultancy services related to immigration and visa documentation. Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of these services, refunds are strictly limited and governed by the following comprehensive policy.

By engaging with Bizoso Consulta, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the terms stated below.


1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

Refunds will not be issued for services that have been started, rendered, or completed—regardless of outcome or client satisfaction. This applies strictly and without exception.

The following service types are considered rendered upon initiation and are non-refundable:

  • Consultancy Sessions: Once a session is conducted, either online, in-person, or via written communication.

  • Application Preparation: If work on preparing any application or support document has commenced.

  • Documentation Reviews: If documents have been received, assessed, or annotated by our team.

  • File Submissions or Processing Steps: If we have submitted, uploaded, or shared documents with relevant third parties or internal processing has started.

Once work begins, all associated fees are treated as earned in full, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.


2. Limited Eligibility for Refunds

Bizoso Consulta may consider refund requests in the following exceptional scenarios, subject to internal case-by-case review:

2.1. Service Not Initiated

  • A full refund may be considered only if the client submits a written cancellation request within 48 hours of payment, and no work or communication regarding service delivery has been initiated.

2.2. Visa Refusal – Partial Refund

  • A partial refund may be considered in cases where the client’s visa is refused by immigration authorities, provided:

    • The client submitted all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

    • There was no misrepresentation, falsified information, or omission.

    • Bizoso Consulta confirms that the refusal was not due to any client-side error or delay.

Partial refunds in this case are not guaranteed and will be assessed based on the extent of services already rendered.

2.3. Service Unavailability

  • If Bizoso Consulta is unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen internal circumstances (e.g., technical failure, staffing unavailability, operational disruption), a partial or full refund may be granted.


3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the refund is otherwise approved:

  • Administrative, file opening, or processing fees

  • Government fees, visa filing charges, courier or postal charges, and other third-party costs

  • Fees for consultancy, evaluations, or any partial service already performed

  • Transaction or merchant processing fees (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, etc.)


4. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request (if eligible), the client must:

  1. Submit a written request via email to [email protected] within 5 calendar days of the event prompting the refund.

  2. Include the following documents:

    • Proof of payment (e.g., receipt, transaction ID)

    • Reason for refund request

    • Relevant supporting documentation, such as:

      • Visa refusal letter

      • Confirmation that no service has been started

      • Any communication from Bizoso Consulta acknowledging non-initiation of service

Failure to provide complete documentation may result in automatic rejection of the refund request.


5. Refund Review and Processing Time

  • All refund requests are individually reviewed by our compliance and quality assurance team.

  • Clients will receive a written decision on their refund request within 10 business days of submission.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed through the original method of payment (bank, PayPal, card) within 15 to 35 business days depending on the nature of the request and processing institution.

Note: Delays caused by banking institutions or international payment gateways are outside our control.


6. Identity Verification Requirement

Before any refund is approved and processed, the client must provide:

  • A certified or notarized copy of their valid government-issued photo ID

  • The name on the ID must match the name on the invoice and payment record

This requirement ensures security, compliance, and protection against fraudulent claims.


7. Strict Compliance Clause

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Client provides incomplete, false, or misleading information

  • Client fails to meet deadlines, or causes avoidable delays in processing

  • Client expresses dissatisfaction with service outcome despite services being completed as agreed

  • Client misunderstood services already explained and documented during initial agreement or onboarding

  • Client changed their mind or no longer wishes to pursue the service after work has commenced


8. Policy Amendments

Bizoso Consulta reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this refund policy at any time without prior notice. All clients are advised to consult the latest version of the policy before making payments or entering service agreements.
