Our standard for all communication at Bizoso Consulta.

The following are the only recognized and authorized channels for formal communication with and within Bizoso Consulta:

  • Email: All official correspondence, requests, approvals, updates, and client interactions must be conducted through verified email addresses.

  • Live Chat: Live chat on our official website may be used for general inquiries or initial contact, but any formal actions or commitments must be followed up via email.

  • Letters or Documents: Any written notices, legal documents, or formal records may also be submitted or accepted in hard copy or scanned format, provided they are shared or confirmed via email.


3. Verbal and Informal Communication

  • Verbal communications (e.g., phone calls, in-person discussions, WhatsApp voice notes) are not considered official or binding.

  • Any decisions, approvals, or requests discussed verbally must be documented and confirmed through email to be recognized as valid.


4. Internal Communication Protocol

All team members must:

  • Use professional language in all written and spoken communication.

  • Avoid using personal messaging apps for business unless explicitly approved for urgent internal coordination.

  • Ensure that any directives or decisions made during team meetings are recorded and shared via email for documentation.


5. Response Time Expectations

  • All client emails must be acknowledged within 1 business day.

  • Internal emails requiring a response should be replied to within 24 hours, unless otherwise communicated.


6. Confidentiality and Security

  • All communications, especially those involving client information, must comply with our Privacy Policy and data protection standards.

  • Employees must avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information via unsecured or unofficial channels.


7. Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with this policy may result in miscommunication, client dissatisfaction, legal exposure, and disciplinary action for staff members, including verbal warnings, written notices, or further HR proceedings.
