By engaging with our website or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound

2. Nature of Services

We provide immigration documentation, consulting, and record retrieval support for individuals dealing with U.S. immigration matters, including but not limited to:

  • U.S. immigration history and record retrieval

  • Analysis of visa revocation, deportation, inadmissibility, and entry denial cases

  • Preparation assistance for immigration petitions and waivers (e.g., Form I-212, I-601, I-192)

  • Documentation support for lawful reentry strategies

  • Assistance with FOIA  requests for immigration records

5. Service Timeline

Our typical service timeline is as follows:

  • Record Retrieval: 60 to 90 business days (subject to agency response time)

  • Petition/Waiver Preparation: 2 to 4 weeks (following receipt of your immigration records)

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. U.S. government processing times are beyond our control.


6. Fees and Payments

  • Service Fees: All fees for services are clearly communicated in advance and are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Once work commences, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Fees are separate from government filing fees, attorney fees, or consular charges and are subject to additional charges for urgent or complex cases.

  • Payment Plans: Payment plans or staged billing may be available depending on the case.


7. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and immigration information. We will only share your information with:

  • Licensed immigration professionals (with your consent)

  • Government agencies (for FOIA or other record retrieval)

  • Third-party partners required to fulfill the services we provide

8. No Guarantees

  • Favorable immigration decisions or outcomes

The success of your case depends on a variety of factors, including government discretion and the specific details of your immigration history.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizoso Consulta Pakistan shall not be liable for:

  • Any delays or denials in visa applications or reentry petitions

  • Immigration decisions or actions taken by U.S. authorities

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

You acknowledge that any legal or immigration decision lies solely with U.S. government authorities and that we are not responsible for delays or outcomes outside of our control.


10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes arising from the services provided, we encourage good-faith negotiations to resolve the matter amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any legal action must be initiated within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.


11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continuing to use our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
